USDA Certified Grassfed Beef (Custom harvested at our local USDA Certified butcher)
All processing and harvesting costs are included in this price (shipping extra)
Local Pick-Up, Shipping & Delivery Available (Contiguous United States only, rates available at checkout)
WHOLE STEER: Total cost is $5,000 and will yield approximately 400 pounds of meat, requiring ~20 cubic feet of freezer space.
HALF STEER: Total cost is $2,500 and will yield approximately 200 pounds of meat, requiring ~10 cubic feet of freezer space.
QUARTER STEER: Total cost is $1,250.00 and will yield approximately 100 pounds of meat, requiring ~3-5 cubic feet of freezer space.
EIGHTH STEER: Total cost is $625.00 and will yield approximately 50 pounds of meat, requiring ~2-3 cubic feet of freezer space.
