Refund Policy
Most of our products (particularly beef and tallow products) are perishable in nature and therefore cannot be returned to our facility.
We have a 30-day return policy for other products such as clothing and general merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at thegrassfedamerican@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted nor refunded.

Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at thegrassfedamerican@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can promptly rectify the situation. If the item is damaged, we may request photos prior to issuing a return. This helps us improve our packaging and shipping practices to avoid similar issues in the future and reduce costs.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges due to the difficulty with accounting and tracking. Once an item is returned and accepted to our facility, we will cancel the original order and process the refund, allowing you to place a brand new order for the correct or desired product.
Refunds
We will notify you once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your banking institution or credit card company to process and post refunds.
