Our Story
Meet Jared Hoggan - a third generation rancher with a passion for regenerative ranching practices and preserving America’s rich ranching heritage.
In 2017, after several years in traditional ranching and organic crop inspection, Jared came back to help his father run the family ranching operation full time. Somewhere along the line, he met a girl from Texas and the rest is history! Together they launched The Grassfed American label, creating a storefront for new grassfed skincare and pet products in addition to the phenomenal beef of the Flying H Ranch.

Our cattle are born, raised, and finished on the ranch FREE FROM the application of growth hormones, mRNA vaccines, animal by-products, antibiotics, herbicides, or pesticides.
USDA Inspected
All TGA meat is processed at a local family-run USDA inspected facility who prides themselves on their attention to detail and humane handling, ensuring delivery of premium and ethically processed products right to your door.
Dry Aged
Our beef is dry aged for a minimum of 18 days to enhance the flavor, improve the texture and provide extra tenderness to each cut.

Continued improvement and maintenance of our herd’s genetics is at the forefront of our operation. Breeding for good genetics ensures healthy and happy animals and the highest quality meat.
